These terms cover your use of Wish, an application for creating private pages that collect photo, video, audio, and written memories from the people who love someone. By creating an account, creating a page, or contributing to a page, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You need an account to create and manage Wish pages. You can sign up with email and password or Continue with Google. You are responsible for keeping your password secure (or your Google account) and for activity that happens under your Wish account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.

2. Creating a page

When you create a Wish page, you choose a public URL slug, an occasion, and starter copy that we auto-fill and you can edit afterward. You own the page you create and decide who receives the link.

3. Contributing memories

People you invite can upload photos, videos, audio, and written messages to your page without creating an account unless you require login for uploads. Google Photos and Drive or Photos link imports require login so bulk uploads can be traced to the uploader. Contributors are responsible for what they upload — don't submit content that is illegal, infringes on someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to share.

4. Page ownership and moderation

As the page owner, you can hide or show any contributed media before the page is revealed or shared further. Hiding a file removes it from public view but does not necessarily delete it from storage immediately.

5. Availability

Wish pages are unlisted rather than access-controlled: anyone who has the exact page link can view it and, if you leave uploads enabled, contribute to it. Only share the link with people you trust with that memory.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Wish to harass anyone, distribute malware, scrape other people's pages, or attempt to bypass page ownership or access controls. We may suspend accounts or pages that violate these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as Wish evolves. Continued use of the product after an update means you accept the revised terms.
